Marmara Hotel Budapest

It's not far from the parliament if you would like to walk its 20 mins walk to the centre, Train station and trams are few blocks away.

Very kind and helpful staff. We were in a difficult situation and everyone was very helpful. Room was big and comfortable, although in bedroom was a little bit stuffy. Big TV with lot of apps including Netflix. Comfortable bathroom and kitchen with lot of accesories. In the restaurant - delicious breakfasts and very tasty food served by cooperative and polite waiters. Outside the hotel - space for little kids. The surrounding maybe wasn't glamour, but there were lot of shops with Serbian products, cosmetics, clothes and so on, what was very convenient.

I paid around £120 for a 2 night stay. The hotel is absolutely lovely and worth way more than I paid. I really liked my room and the shower was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and also accommodated my very late check in time. I would absolutely stay here again. The location was excellent also.

We have stayed in Marmara hotel for fourth-fifth time now, and enjoyed the stay - clean cozy room, good breakfast, polite staff, and this time the room was even quieter than in previous years (no noise at all). The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, close to Parliament building, metro station, shops, and the city center can be reached by foot in a nice 10-15 min walk. We enjoy returning to it for past few years.

This hotel’s central location and excellent transport links are its strongest suits, making it ideal for business travelers or those with unpretending expectations. The room is compact yet functional. Available pictures show room and location honestly / correctly. Breakfast buffet offers solids to start filled into the day. Nestled in a district of government and business buildings, the area radiates efficiency. It’s practical, unpretentious, and perfectly adequate for the spontaneous drop-in traveler.
